Minimum Rental Period

• The minimum rental period is 2 days (48 hours).

Late Return Policy

• Up to 24 hours after the rental period ends: A full extra day’s rental fee will be charged.
• More than 24 hours after the rental period ends: The cost of additional days increases by 100% of the current rental rates.

Rental Calculation

• Rental fees are calculated on a daily basis.
• The vehicle pickup date is specified in the rental agreement.

Vehicle Pickup Requirements

To collect the vehicle, the renter must:

1. Present a passport or ID, a valid driver’s license, and a valid medical certificate.
2. Provide copies of these documents, which will be attached to the rental agreement.

Vehicle Handover

The vehicle is handed over to the renter:

• In proper technical condition.
• With a sound system, a clean interior, and all accessories specified in the handover report.
• With a full tank of fuel.

Included in the Rental Price

• VAT.
• OCTA (compulsory third-party liability insurance).
• CASCO.

Renter’s Liability

• In case of vehicle body damage or theft, the maximum liability is €700.
• The renter is fully responsible for damage or loss of interior elements, household equipment, or accessories.
• The renter is responsible for tire damage.

Traffic Violations and Fines

• The renter must pay all traffic and parking fines within five days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in a penalty of 2% of the fine amount.
• If an accident occurs with a driver not listed in the rental agreement, the renter assumes full responsibility for the vehicle.

Payment

• Payments can be made via bank transfer or in cash.

Vehicle Reservation

• The reservation is confirmed within three days after submitting the renter’s documents.
• The booking is only considered finalized after the written confirmation from the rental provider and payment of a €300 prepayment.
• The prepayment is credited as part of the rental payment.
• The remaining rental balance must be paid seven days before the rental start date.
• Bookings made less than 10 days before the rental start require full payment upfront.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 30 days before the rental start date: €150 cancellation fee.
• Cancellation less than 30 days before the rental start date: €300 cancellation fee.

Security Deposit

• Deposit amount: €700.
• The deposit must be paid 7 business days before pickup and will be refunded within 3 business days after the vehicle is returned.
• If the vehicle is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, additional costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Pickup and Return Location

• Pickup and return take place only at: Augstrozes iela 1, Riga, Latvia.
• Allow 1 hour for document processing and vehicle demonstration.
• The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date, in the same condition, with:
  
  • A clean interior.
  • An empty toilet tank.
  • A full fuel tank.
  • All accessories intact.

Additional Fees

• Exterior and interior washing: €50.
• Interior deep cleaning: €20–€70.
• Toilet and tank cleaning: €50.

Available Accessories

• Standalone air conditioner – Free.
• Two gas cylinders – Free.
• Additional gas cylinder – €30.
• Bedding for two people – €40 per set.
• Chemical liquid for septic tank – Free.
• Kitchen utensils – €40.
• Capsule coffee machine – €25.
• Camping furniture set – €35.
• Snow chains – €30.
• Bicycle rack (for three bikes) – Free.
• 12V-220V power inverter – Free.
• Electric bicycles – €50 each.
• Honda gasoline generator – €50.
• Parking for a personal vehicle on secured premises – Free.

Renter’s Responsibilities

• Use the correct fuel.
• Check the oil and technical fluids at every refueling.
• Immediately notify the rental provider of any mechanical issues.

Prohibited Actions

• Smoking inside the vehicle – €200 fine.
• Transporting pets – €300 fine.
• Exceeding the speed limit of 110 km/h – €600 fine.

Rental Extension

• Extensions are only possible with prior written approval from the rental provider.
• If the rental period is extended after the initial term, the daily rental rate doubles unless otherwise agreed.

Other Terms

• Any unforeseen issues will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.
• If the insurance company refuses compensation, all costs fall on the renter.
• In the event of an accident caused by the renter, they must cover the transportation costs of the vehicle to Augstrozes iela 1, Riga, Latvia.

Rental Area

• The rental area can be extended to the entire European Union upon agreement with the rental provider.
